Founded by Liu Xin, the restaurant has established itself as a prominent player in the Yunnan cuisine scene, renowned for its “Highland Small Production Area Fresh Food Cuisine.” Following successful ventures in Beijing and Shanghai, Hong 0871 expanded to Shenzhen in 2024, bringing its unique blend of flavors and spatial experiences to a new audience.
