It prioritizes flexibility and adaptability, allowing for dynamic team arrangements, fostering collaboration, and sparking creative thinking. The design incorporates playful details and a welcoming ambiance, creating a unique and inspiring workspace.
Paysafe, a software development and design company, has created a flexible and engaging 1,950 sq m office space in Sofia, Bulgaria. The new workspace aims to cultivate a dynamic and adaptable environment for its employees. The team units are organized through mobile acoustic screens and shelves, creating semi-open spaces that encourage collaboration and communication. Each team’s area comprises a dedicated workspace for focused work and a creative zone for brainstorming and team discussions. The office design emphasizes flexibility, allowing for easy rearrangement of space to accommodate teams of varying sizes. This adaptability ensures that the workspace can evolve with the needs of the company. 
Meeting rooms and brainstorming corners are strategically placed throughout the open space, enabling quick meetings, team collaboration, and the fostering of creative thinking. The office’s design incorporates vibrant and playful details, with five meeting rooms each dedicated to a different country, featuring themes inspired by France, Brazil, and Italy. The smallest meeting rooms, designed for private conversations or individual calls, are dedicated to the world’s smallest countries – Vatican City and Malta. The office seamlessly blends team environments, meeting rooms, and recreational spaces, creating a dynamic and engaging mix within a contemporary IT workspace.
