The hotel’s design draws inspiration from this legacy, aiming to create a space that embodies the elegance and refinement of traditional Chinese aesthetics.
Inspired by Art: Architectural Design Principles
The hotel’s architectural design takes cues from the artistic masterpiece “Xiyuan Ya Ji Tu II (Part)” by renowned Southern Song Dynasty painter Liu Songnian. The design team at CHAO Design skillfully employed design techniques that blend reality and virtuality, utilizing the interplay of light and shadow to create a dynamic and engaging spatial experience. The hotel’s exterior seamlessly blends with the surrounding natural environment, featuring a harmonious combination of geometric shapes and textures.
Harmony with Nature: Integration of Natural Elements
Puyuan Town boasts a wealth of natural resources, including lush ancient camphor trees that provide a verdant backdrop for the hotel.
